Overview

Nafion™ D520, D1020 and D2020 are industry-recognized PFSA polymer dispersions widely used in fuel cells, water electrolyzers, catalyst inks, membrane surface coatings, sensors and other electrochemical applications. These dispersions contain chemically stabilized perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSA) polymer in acid form and are supplied in different polymer contents and solvent systems to support a wide range of coating and processing requirements. D520 is a 5 wt% alcohol/water-based dispersion, D1020 is a 10 wt% water-based dispersion, and D2020 is a 20 wt% alcohol/water-based dispersion. Together, they provide flexible options for laboratory development, pilot-scale process optimization and industrial production.
