Overview
Nafion™ N1110 is an industry-standard, non-reinforced extrusion-cast PFSA proton exchange membrane developed for demanding PEM fuel cell and water electrolysis applications. Acting as both a solid electrolyte and separator, it provides excellent proton conductivity while effectively reducing reactant gas crossover.
With a typical thickness of 254 μm, N1110 is the thickest membrane in the standard Nafion™ extrusion-cast membrane family, offering enhanced mechanical strength, improved dimensional stability and greater durability under demanding operating conditions. It is widely used in industrial hydrogen energy systems, laboratory research, pilot-scale production and electrochemical applications requiring long service life and reliable performance.
